” My commitment to this training evolves from my love of the yoga I practice, my Teacher Sri. Dharma Mitra and the principles of our Yamas and Niyamas. After many years of requests from students and with my Teacher’s Blessings, a Teacher Training was created; the best training that my heart and mind can offer.”

– Gerson Frau

Objective:

The objective of this course is to mold and train aspiring yogis (Sadhakas). Our training gives special attention to the Sadhana (disciplined, routine spiritual practice) offering a comprehensive and detailed plan for the student to accomplish this goal. Students develop a desire for self knowledge to know who they are and what their mission is.

Why this training:

A consequence or result of committing to one’s practice is the natural and spontaneous desire to share the benefits and knowledge of yoga with others. This training is appropriate for students looking to deepen their yoga practice as well as students that want to become yoga instructors.

This training is a complete program where we work on both the technique to teach yoga and the development of your personal practice.

The student will take the Asana, Pranayama and Meditation practice to another level.

At the completion of training the student will confidently have the ability to teach both Hatha-Raja Yoga classes developed by the lead instructor.

Gerson Frau is a committed practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the teachings of yoga. He strongly believes that his Dharma is to share and teach the spiritual knowledge he has learned to others.

After Training:

After the training, the student will be able to recite a complete basic Hatha-Raja Yoga Class. We will work on two sequences, in depth, that will provide the student with a starting point and a platform to share Yoga with others.

Curriculum:

During our training we will teach you two yoga sequences; intermediate and basic levels that the student will then be able to teach after the training.

The sequences include Asana (physical exercise), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation courses, as follows:

-Beginning Principles and objectives of each sequence.
-Structure and design of each class.
-Break Down, Vinyasa and Asanas.
